There are two recruitment periods that occur throughout the year; formal recruitment and informal recruitment.
Formal Recruitment occurs early in the fall semester and is a relatively structured process which gives interested men the opportunity to check out all of the chapters to determine where they feel more comfortable. Formal Recruitment consists of structured events and groups. This years Formal Recruitment will take place from September 3-11.
Informal Recruitment occurs 365 days a year, with the exception being the time when formal recruitment is occuring. All chapters at Bradley have the ability to extend a bid at any point during the year. The less structured process lets interested men take their time to check out the chapters of interest to them and make a decision on their own time.
